What is your policy for items left to long?

Clients have 30 days from the completion of their order to pick up their items without penalty. Within this timeframe, multiple attempts to contact the client will be made. A $25 late fee will be applied to all orders not picked up in 30 days. In the event the past due order has not been picked up within 45 days, the items will be sold or donated for the cost of the alterations. The client will be required to pay upfront for any future service.
